Why Call Us?

First off all, there is no one reason why people seek our help on consulting projects or choose to become TAB members: everyone has their own reasons.

Some people call us because they are up a certain kind of creek and need help with carving a new paddle. Some of them even need help building a canoe!

Most of us have been in this position at some stage with our businesses: our customers hate us and are leaving in droves; we can't give our product away and our marketing response rate is zero!

At the other end of the scale, we have others who are working a ninety hour week and still can't grow fast enough. They need help with hiring good people and developing and deploying the appropriate processes and technologies within their organization.

The chances are that your business in somewhere between these two extremes.
