Corporate Tune Up

Our corporate tune up service is designed as a complete 360° health check, performance improvement and training program for small companies.

This service not only analyzes where the issues lie within a business and develops solutions but, also coaches the owner or CEO through the process of dealing with them.

The corporate tune up is essentially a cut down version of the full Boleyn Portfolio Strategy. It has five steps and is designed to be completed in between 50 and 100 hours.

Operational and Financial Review

This review takes approximately 15-20 hours and is internally focused, assessing organizational structure, financial performance, product and service lines and business processes.

Marketing and Strategic Review

This review takes 10-20 hours and predominantly concentrates on external factors. We focus on corporate strategy particularly in regard to the company's revenue generating abilities. We assess marketing strategy, advertising and promotional effectiveness and sales force performance and incentives.

Process Improvements and Cost Reduction Initiatives

This stage is a compilation of the results of our reviews and ends with a list of recommended actions. These could be as simple as minor cost reduction items or could be as extensive as a complete reorganization. This typically takes between 20 - 45 hours

Target Setting Meeting

The Target Setting Meeting is a half or full day meeting where we help you roll out the changes to your organization. Action items and deliverables are assigned to your management team together with when these items need to be completed.

Tracking

We meet with your team on a monthly basis for up to one year after the initial meeting to track progress against the plan and to hold their feet to the fire.
