Strategic Planning for small and medium size businesses is the forte of the Boleyn Advisory Group. Our strategic planning process is unique in that it does not only consider the strategy of the company.

Our view is that business owners go into business to achieve their own goals. Over time, however, the business develops a life of its own and the owner becomes a servant of the business rather than its master. Our strategic planning process is designed to rectify this situation.

The Strategic Business Leadership® process begins by taking into account the vision and goals of the business owner and we develop a personal strategy for the owner before working on the strategy for the business.
